Cascais Gastronomy Festival 2018: 1, 2 and 3 November

The Cascais Council together with NotSo is organising the second gastronomy festival on 1st, 2nd and 3rd November 2018 from 12noon to 10pm. Top Chefs in the country will be highlighting their dishes in showcookings and there will be pop-up restaurants, beer bars and wine bars. Chefs include Pascal Meynard from Lisbon’s Ritz Four Seasons, Henrique Sá Pessoa from the Alma restaurant in Lisbon, Pedro Lemos from Homonimo in Porto, Tiago Bonito from Largo do Paço in Amarante and Ricardo Costa from The Yeatman Hotel in Porto amongst others. Held at the Cascais Cidadela.

Lisbon Fish & Flavours 2018: to 15 April

The 11th Lisbon Fish and Flavours festival is open upto 15th April from noon to midnight. Located at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, Av Sidonio Pais, 14, Lisbon. Local and international chefs will be present and there will be workshops, tastings and other events. If you like fish this is a fun event to try the different dishes by chefs from all over the country.

Longines Global Champions Tour Cascais: 7 and 8 July 2017

An exciting event with the best in the world of horses and show-jumping will take place in Cascais, Hipódromo Municipal Manuel Possolo, with the Longines Global Champions Tour CSI 5* on Friday 7th July 10am and 8.30 pm and Saturday 8th July 6.30pm and 9.30pm. Entrance is free. Abdel Said on Captain Future from Egypt was the winner of the Day 1 morning session.

Estoril Jazz 2015 Festival: 9 to 17 May

Estoril Jazz celebrates its 34th year and will take place from 9th to 17th May 2015 at the Estoril Casino Auditorium. Great names performing will be Roseanna Vitro / Kenny Werner on the 9th, Sean Jones Quartet on the 10th, Ricardo Toscano Quartet on the 16th and Opus 5 “The Mingus Alumni” on the 17th. The 4th International Jazz Day will be celebrated worldwide on 30th April 2015 with jazz concerts everywhere.
